Long-legged forms, odd little animals, fish and fragmented botanical details drift across the composition, connected more by mood than by logic. The result feels somewhere between a memory, a sketchbook and a half-remembered dream.
There is no obvious beginning or end to the scene. Instead, the eye moves from one peculiar character to the next, discovering small details and unexpected relationships along the way.
